豚の天ぷら？フリッター？【三星の卜肉】

太平山の帰り　ちょっと遠回りして宜蘭県の三星まで行きました
宜蘭県は農産物が有名なところですが
三星の名産品は　宜蘭名物の葱や梨や蒜（ニンニクじゃないです）など
台七線に沿って植えられた桜がきれいなところでもありますが
もちろん桜なんて今咲いてないし　三星までいった目的は・・・




卜肉！
ブーロウ　台湾語で『ボバ』っぽい発音で『トニク』では決してありません
宜蘭の羅東夜市でも出てて　そこも有名ですが
もともとはここが発祥らしく　三星には何軒かト肉のお店が出ています



もちろん私たちが行ったのは　７０年の老舗といわれるお店


なんて変哲のない　片田舎の飲食店ぽい佇まい
でも食事時間は外れてたのに　お客さんはひっきりなし


衣はふわっとサクサク甘めで　中はしっとりとフリッターぽかったです
九層塔（台湾バジル？）と衣を　いっしょにかき揚げ風にしたのも香りがよく
カリカリに揚がったは歯ごたえを　衣の中のしっとりした部分は香りが楽しめます


三星葱　肉厚で香りがいい　　碧玉筍は見た目葱っぽいけどタケノコ！おいしい！


鴨肉　　ここの酸辣湯は絶品だそう　わりとマイルドな味


わざわざ台北から　何時間もかけてこのためだけに来る・・・
ってことは　少し考えにくいけれど
宜蘭に遊びに来たついでに食べてくってのは　
大いにありだなあと思った次第です

他の料理があまりにも多すぎて食べきれず…

もうなんか後をひくのですよー、絶対ビール最高！

Have you ever thought about adding a little bit more than just your articles? I mean, what you say is fundamental and all. But think about if you added some great images or video clips to give your posts more, "pop"! Your content is excellent but with images and video clips, this blog could certainly be one of the most beneficial in its niche. Terrific blog!
